Welcome to Urban Elite Photography booking site. Please take a moment to read our policies:
- To secure the date and time for all bookings, a deposit is required, and it is non-refundable. Additionally, any funds given towards the session are also non-refundable. Rescheduling before 72 hours is permissible without penalty. However, rescheduling or canceling within 72 hours may result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit or any funds allocated for your session or package.
- A 20-minute grace period is given for no call, no show situations. After 20 minutes with no communication, the session will be canceled and any deposit or money given will be non-refundable and non-credited. Late arrivals will not be given extra time.
- An online proof gallery will be uploaded within 72 hours after your session, with the option to purchase additional photos. Editing turnaround time is 10-14 business days, with rush fees available for quicker turnaround. Please note that Signature Shoots are not eligible for rush fees, and are in-person ordering sessions.
- Props are to be provided by the client, and please have ideas and inspirations ready for the shoot before booking.
- After scheduling, you will receive a phone call 3-5 days prior to your shoot.
